  • Cancellation Notice: To cancel your scheduled cleaning appointment, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change, and we provide a rescheduling option for your convenience:

  • Rescheduling Notice: Should you need to reschedule, please provide a minimum of 12 hours’ notice on regular working days. You can easily reschedule by visiting our website or contacting our customer care executive. No rescheduling charges apply with a 12-hour notice on working days.

Incident Reporting

Your feedback is valuable, especially regarding any incidents, breakages, damages, or losses during our service:

  • Reporting Timeframe: Clients are responsible for reporting any incidents within 12 hours of the completion of the service. Failure to report within this timeframe may nullify any claims.

Client Responsibility

To ensure a smooth and secure service experience, we request clients to take note of the following:

  • Valuables: Clients are responsible for securing cash, jewelry, and other items of value during the cleaning service. Elitz Cleaner maintains a zero-tolerance policy for theft and dishonesty, and we trust our well-compensated staff. However, we do not accept responsibility or liability for any valuables left unsecured.

On-Spot Cancellation

In the event of on-spot cancellations, the full amount of the service will be charged.

Refund Process

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original mode of payment.
